At AMC Technology, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

• Digital products (gift cards, digital codes)
• Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer
• Items marked as final sale

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra charge. Please contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Shipping Costs for Returns

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
